Current Research

My research has been focused on the synaptic and intrinsic properties and plasticity of brain circuits and neurons. We have discovered novel synaptic and intrinsic mechanisms in the auditory brainstem and cortex, as well as their effects during normal and pathological auditory processing in animal models of hearing loss and tinnitus. Moreover, we are currently pursuing drug discovery and development for tinnitus and hearing loss.

They work!!

I was skeptical, but I haven’t seen a mouse or roach since I plugged them in. The noice is horrible if you have it on the wrong setting. Read the directions and use what works for you.

Don't buy, hurts your ears

Wouldn't buy, the sounds coming out of it even on the lowest setting hurt my son and I ears. Made my ears ring as well.

Not pet friendly!!!!

My cats started meowing so loud of this was turned on. Mind you, humans can't hear anything. I had to turn it off and now my cats are scared creeping up to it to see if it's alive and what it was that was hurting their ears.

Simple doesn’t work

Watched a mouse run right in front of it while on. Had it going for weeks (we have them in multiple rooms) and still finding chew marks a droppings. Does nothing. Total waste of money.

Worked great for mice

We bought three of these for our cabin and they worked great. Within minutes of turning on we heard the mice skedaddling. After a few days of use, we were no longer catching mice in our traps. We tried other devices in the past with no luck at all. At the lowest setting 2 of 3 units cannot be heard. One is faint. At high setting the sound is very noticeable and good for when you’re away.

the first symptom of a cold is usually a sore throat. this is generally followed by sneezing or a blocked, sore or runny nose. usually, 1 in 3 people with a cold will get a cough and feel unwell.
