We’re dedicated to making some of the most durable products on the planet. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if there’s an issue with your YETI product, we provide the below warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIM FORM

Once you've filled out your warranty claim using the link above, an Outfitter on our warranty team will respond back within 3-5 business days following a review of your request.


If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not ship your product to us prior to receiving your RMA#.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

• Pack your item securely in adequate cardboard packaging to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

• Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This will include your printed Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and packing slip.

• Attach your return label to the package.

• Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.


If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.


LIMITED WARRANTY

We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YETI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.


In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased the product from a YETI authorized dealer;

• You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the YETI authorized dealer;

• You must return the product to YETI; and

• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.


If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. If the product has been customized by YETI, the customized mark will also be replaced. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.


We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL YETI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


The warranty is only available in the United States. No YETI reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Never send a package direct to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition a restocking fee may apply. We do not allow returns on the Honda or Duo-Fast products unless in original condition and packaging. We also do not allow returns on pressure washer pumps, gas powered products, and electrical parts.

What is your exchange policy?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your unused product(s) in original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returned item(s). Once we receive the original item(s) and inspect, we will credit your account, and create (a) new order for replacement item. If the new order doesn't qualify for free shipping customers will be charged for shipping on exchanged item. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.

What if my product(s) I received is damaged or missing item(s)?

You must report damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at 8322605988. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to the carrier or to us at blueyeti-microphone.store. We will discuss return shipping options when you you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card, and ship out the replacement when available. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo®, Camino™, Hondo, or Rambler® to good use sooner.


YETI offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)


Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed products will require additional processing time.

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.


The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that we are not currently offering expedited shipping on any of our customized coolers or drinkware products. Customized products are not currently eligible to be shipped via Smart Post to AK, HI, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to a PO Box

YETI ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer UPS SurePost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select UPS SurePost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box including the Tundra 250 and Tundra 350.


Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

Our Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
